I love taking photos of people when they are engrossed in something. I love the genuine looks of defeat, love, dislike, and/or sheer thrill of what people are doing that comes through photos when people are unaware or they are so engrossed in what they are doing that they forget someone is taking their photo.

I enjoy these photos because they show the person being themselves and we can see their personality, determination, focus, kindness, love - all the things that makes them who they are on the inside coming out for all to see.

I capture moments that are real life. My style is candid and realistic using the natural light in each situation. Sometimes that creates imperfections in the photos, but that is what creates the uniqueness of each special photo. I like taking photos that are affordable and are a snapshot in time for families and friends. Adding to family memories, a snapshot at a time, makes me smile inside. From photos at sports, family events, group events to senior and family portraits, these memories add to the story of your family.
